Data collected

The app stores account email, restaurant profile details, inventory rows, menu items, sales notes, team invitations, AI prompts, and generated operational summaries.

How data is used

Data is used to run dashboards, generate restaurant operations insights, answer owner questions, and improve service-readiness workflows for the restaurant workspace.

AI processing

When AI features are enabled, selected restaurant operations context may be processed to generate answers and daily briefs. Do not enter payment card data, employee SSNs, or regulated sensitive data.

Access and deletion

Restaurant owners can request export or deletion by contacting support. Team access is controlled by owner and manager roles. Contact support@portionflow.app for data requests.
