Operational guidance

AI recommendations are decision support, not a replacement for manager judgment, food safety requirements, vendor confirmations, or accounting review.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for verifying inventory counts, vendor orders, menu pricing, labor decisions, and compliance with applicable restaurant regulations.

Acceptable use

Do not upload payment card numbers, employee SSNs, health records, illegal content, or data you do not have permission to process.

Pilot availability

During early customer rollouts, features may change as workflows are refined. Production commitments should be documented in customer agreements before launch.
